Pet care experience
I'm an active animal activist and have loved animals for as long as I've been alive. I also house/dog sit regularly for a dog named Blue. I have a green thumb and also help people with their indoor houseplants. I teach people as well as revive or even take in "rescue" plants to bring them back to health. I have 2 rescue cats and have fostered as well as help place a few. I'm very willing to sit for and do drop in visits for cats and multiple cats. I've grown up caring for pets (dogs, cats, parakeets, rabbits,) and have always loved animals - they trust me and I love and respect each and every one. My family called me St. Francis growing up due to animals being drawn to me, and I am the go-to person for all my friends who have dogs. I'm very loving, compassionate and have lots of experience caring for a wide range, including elderly and sick pets. I work from home FT and have a ton of flexibility. I am active, energetic, upbeat and reliable.

Carrie has done an excellent job taking care of my pup maya. She comes late at night when most sitters wouldn’t and has been consistent every time. She let’s me know if my pup has done her business and sends me pictures. I also have a cat who she always says hello to and it makes me happy. Five stars! Will continue to book!
I have known Carrie for almost 10 years. Carrie is passionate about animals and does a great deal of advocacy and outreach on their behalf. She is reliable, trustworthy, responsible, friendly, caring and very personable. Our family has a small dog, a Shih Tzu named Gracie. Gracie loves Carrie and I trust Carrie to take care of our beloved Gracie anytime! I highly recommend Carrie for any pet-sitting and dog-walking job!
Carrie is an amazing person who happens to love animals. She cared for our dog Pepper on several occasions while we were away making it possible for us to not have to put her in a Kennel. After our beloved dog passed we got a cat Gracie and again had Carrie come to our home and take care of her. Carrie just has a way about her with animals, she exudes kindness, and our dog and cat immediately went to her, even when she first came for an introduction. I trust her completely with our “kids” and also our home. Wonderful experience.
Carrie has been amazing! She is always reliable and I can relax knowing how excited my dog gets when she comes! He loves her! My plants always look better tha when I left and the house is always clean. She is trustworthy and professional. I would highly recommend Carrie to care for all and is also amazing with kids. She has stayed with mine as I’ve gone away and my daughter has been excited to see her! Carrie is my go to person every time. I know all is well and am able to relax. That to me is very important! I don’t know of ay others that quite do the on she does! Thank you Carrie!

If staying in my house, I'd like to make sure they are OK with cats. They do not have to be BEST friends with them as my cats are very low-key and I have an extra room for them. I can not board a dog in my home if they are cat aggressive.
A typical day
We can go to variety of beautiful dog friendly beaches. There are a couple beautiful scenic parks in my area, Halibut Point State Park and Stage Fort Park are awesome!! My neighborhood is great for dog walks as it's got a couple small hills, it's quiet, pretty, safe roads and the majority of people in my neighborhood have dogs.
