I've had several dog breeds over the years, German Shepherd, Collies, Shetland Sheepdogs, Border Collies, Irish Setters, Shih Tzu, Jack Russell and Chihuahua. I've shown Shelties and Irish Setters for both confirmation and obedience and belong to a Shetland Sheepdog Club now. I will treat your pet as my own while you are away. I've had puppies to senior dogs. I've had experience giving IV fluids daily to one of my Shelties, also giving insulin shots to another of my Shelties, these were both senior dogs. I have not officially had dog CPR or first aid but have provided wound care to my dogs as needed. I am an RN in real life so familiar with medical conditions, many skills can be transferred to our pets.
