Pet care experience
We have had dogs for many years growing up, and now we want to help working and traveling families with their dogs! We are accustomed to walking, feeding, and loving dogs! We work full time from home so will be there all day for all your pet’s needs. We are flexible in terms of bookings. Carolyn is a runner and would love to bring your dog with her. We can provide the right amount of exercise for your dog. Whether that is a 5 miles of running every day, playing fetch at the park, or just relaxing at home. We can also take your dog out as often as needed and have taken care of all different types of dogs. We live close to many parks and have a vehicle to transport your pet to nearby dog parks. We can also easily transport your dog to the vet if necessary. We have one roommate who also loves animals and can take your pet for as much exercise as they need. We have also given medication to both cats and dogs including shots so we have experience in whatever your dog may need.

We have a small unfenced backyard that we rarely take the dogs to unless it is bad weather. We can crate your dog if needed and can separate them into different rooms in our home while we are working if they need time alone or are anxious around other dogs.

Sometimes we have multiple pets at one time, so we would like to know how your pet does around other pets! We would also love to know how much walking and exercise your pet desires. We look forward to giving them the care they need! Please let us know if your dog: - has had an accident (pee or poo) in your home in the past 2 weeks - barks a lot - is high energy, and needs extra attention - cannot be left alone for 30 mins to an hour (grocery store runs) - is crate trained - do not like other dogs, or not friendly with other dogs - going through special training that we need to be aware of - likes to chew things - protective of food - on a special diet - needs more walks than every 3-4 hours
A typical day
Carolyn goes on runs all the time. We love to play catch with your dog or playing tug of war. Depending on your dog and their favorite activities, we are open to anything! We just love to see your dog happy. We try to dedicate at least 30 minutes a day (outside of standard walks) to doing activities with them. Our walk schedule is 8 am, lunch time, after work, and before bed. These walks are typically 0.5 miles during the work day, and to volunteer park for 30 minutes after work. In between these walks we take puppies on potty breaks to our unfenced backyard.

Availability
We both work from home so your dog will rarely be alone. We have been taking care of dogs on Rover for over two years now so have a good amount of experience. We also have our own dog, Shasta, a German Shepard Mix who loves other dogs and will keep your dog company.
