I have owned and loved all animals for my entire life, and currently have two spoiled rescue dogs of my own that I raised since puppies (as well as a fish, a bird,and lots of plants! 😉 ). I have a particularly soft spot for geriatric populations (dogs and humans), and I have worked in the nursing home setting for over 8 years. My oldest dog Reese is 10 with a long history of orthopedic issues so I am very comfortable with special medical or activity needs. I have dog-sat for puppies, dogs who were in the final months of their life, and dogs with reactivity. I spend quite an extensive amount of time learning as much as I can about dog and wolf behaviorism, and have enjoyed seeing the progress from implementing this knowledge with my own dogs. Essentially, I am a caregiver through and through, and would love to extend this passion to your fur family. I understand the need to have a reliable and communicative pet sitter when you are away, and I provide the same kind of updates and reassurance I would want from my own pet sitters.
