I've taken care of dogs and cats for friends and family they relied on me to care for their fur babies bathing,feeding and walking them. I'm home all the time I have 2 cats and a puppy now we have added 2 parakeets and a parrot to our family that is spoiled and I would love to spoil your fur babies also I don't have a yard but we take 2-3 walks a day and go to a dog park .I treat my pets like my babies and that's how yours will be treated. I don't work so I'm home unless at church. So I would have plenty of time for playing with your puppy or kitty to spoil. I don't have a fenced yard I have a 1yr.old puppy to keep your fur baby company, and I have crates if they need it.
