Hello! My name is Carolyn H. and I would love to take care of your dog! I have been caring for children and animals since I was a teen. I am most experienced with dogs. Growing up, I had the privilege of having multiple pets in the house including two dogs that I took shared responsibility for...and loved every second of it. Some experiences caring for dogs included tasks such as med administering, brushing teeth & gums, and light housekeeping around the home. I have senior dog experience as well as puppy experience. I will take advantage of your request to give the dog activity! But I will also not mind giving love in other ways like spending time in the home in a more casual setting for senior dogs. Carolyn was awesome. Our dogs loved her from the start and she was so great with them, even at our first meet and greet. We will be using Carolyn again in the near future
Carolyn and we were both kind of new at Rover.com and she was a God-Send! She helped us take two overnight trips away from very demanding children (10 month old labradoodle, 12 yo Golden) and even smiled at the cat occasionally--with no specific responsibilities for him. She was communicative, careful, considerate...everything we needed to feel at ease as first timers. And both dogs seem to completely agree.

I would like to know any special/important commands that the owner uses to best communicate with their loved ones. I would also like to know the dog's typical routine.
A typical day
In the summertime, depending on location, we will walk around neighborhoods or if agreed upon, we can go to local parks like Pigeon Creek, Riley Trails, or Helder Park. I have a small collection of frisbees, and balls (I clean after every client) that are well used! For my lovely senior dog clients, I will give lots of attention to what they want to do in regards to activity. For young for high energy dogs, I bike often so we can both get some energy out through cycling!
