Pet care experience
After 17 years of raising my children and telling them "No!" every time they would ask if we could get a dog, my son brought home a 10 week old black lab puppy one day and guess who fell in love? I have had a heart for dogs ever since! Right now we have two male boxers, Remington, who is 2, and Rowdy, who is 8 months old! They are such a joy and we have so much fun loving them, playing with them and taking them with us just about everywhere we go. Since buying a house last year, we have welcomed many of our friend's and family's dogs into our home and love having them here! Watching dogs play together and enjoy each others company is so much fun! That is part of the reason we want to open our home to your pet! Our home sits on 1/2 an acre in the desert, where our dogs spend most of their time with us in the house, or outside running and playing. They also have their very own "Arizona Room" with a door leading to the back deck, for times when we are not home. The deck is completely shaded and a fenced back yard is available for them to play in as well. We also have a shop at the airport where we spend a lot of time and our dogs love to go there with us. They get to run and play, greet the people who are down there, and occasionally play with other dogs as well. Rem and Rowdy always get excited when they know it's time to go to the shop! Any dog that we care for will be loved as if he were our very own and will have a great time playing, walking and enjoying the great outdoors with the two of of us and our Boxer Boys! We would love to visit with you and have you consider us for your pet sitting and dog walking needs!

Carolyn was awesome! She met with me several times BEFORE we even left town to ensure the dogs became familiar with her. They took to her the minute she walked into the door. Carolyn send me updates on how the dogs were doing and she took them for nice long walks. I will definitely use Carolyn every time and I highly recommend her.

If you need someone to take care of your pets and know that they will be given the love and attention that they need I would definitely recommend Carolyn to be the one !! I've known her for two years and the way she takes care of her own dogs is amazing , her dogs are not just another animal to her , they are literally part of her family!

Before agreeing to care for your pet, I would like to know as much about him as possible. It will be especially important for me to find out how he acts with other dogs, what he likes and doesn't like, and if he has any fears, habits or routines that I need to be aware of. The more I know about your pet, the better care I can provide him, and the more comfortable you will be while he is with me!
A typical day
When your dog is here with us, he will be treated just like a member of our own family. That means he will go where we go, do what we do, and be loved and cared for as if he were our own. Your dog will be free to stay inside or go out and play whenever he wants. We also love to go on walks, and give the dogs time to run at the airport (always under our supervision) or play in the grassy areas around town. It is very important to me that your dog feels comfortable while he is in our home, so I will pay close attention to him and his behavior to make sure he is adjusting well to the new environment and any activities that we do together. I want his time with us to be a positive experience for him, for us, and for you! Your dog will be allowed to sleep wherever he is the most comfortable, just as he does at home. We have crates available, if your dog is crate trained and prefers to sleep there, or he can sleep just about anywhere else that he likes, day or night! When your dog is here, he will play hard, have fun, be loved, and also be allowed to just rest and relax! I love taking pictures of my dogs, and will do the same for your dog when he is here! I will be more than happy to send texts and pictures as often as you'd like, to keep you posted about how he is doing!
