Pet care experience
When I previously lived in Houston during college, I wanted a way of income, but I also wanted to do something I'm passionate about. What I love happens to be taking care of and spending time with animals. Particularly dogs. I have volunteered at the Williamson County Animal Shelter since I was in middle school, and have fostered and found homes for more than 25 different stray animals that I've rescued throughout the duration of my life (much to the chagrin of my parents, haha!). I started my own Dog Sitting business in Houston and ever since then, I've found my passion. It took off in a way I could never have predicted. It's not work - it's what I love to do and the dogs give me way more than I could ever possibly give them. Now that I'm all moved back to my hometown, I'm re-starting my Dog Sitting business here in the Georgetown area and I'm absolutely thrilled! Caring for animals and being an open, communicative, accountable individual are huge strengths of mine. I always first and fore mostly hold myself and my work to a high standard to ensure that it is always something I can be proud of and fulfilled to be doing. I have abundant experience working with dogs of all sizes, breeds, special needs and backgrounds. While your animals are in my care I will always document it and share it with you for your own ease of mind, so you can know your animal/s are safe, happy and in good hands. If you have any questions at all, be sure to ask - my schedule is completely flexible and the chances are that we can work out the type of care that you want for your animals. I can't wait to meet you and your fur-babies. This isn't just a temporary income or side job - taking care of animals is my lifelong dream and now I am finally on the path to fulfilling it, full time! I have fully carved out plans for taking care of your dogs in your home, in my home, and anywhere else. I'm attentive to detail and never leave uncovered ground in any aspect of this business. That's all because they're more than just our pets. They're members of our families, and I will always care for your dogs exactly the way I care for my own two. Caroline stayed overnight and took care of our dog Leia, our two cats, and our son's fish, and was nothing short of amazing! Leia had some GI issues right before we were scheduled to leave, and I contacted Caroline to let her know we might have to cancel, and she was very understanding and professional. After a trip to the vet and she seemed to be improving, we decided it was ok for us to go ahead with our trip. Caroline gave us frequent updates with pictures to let us see that Leia was doing great and followed all instructions to a T. She was in constant communication with us, and the animals all seemed happy and relaxed when we got home. I felt like they were all in really great hands! Caroline will definitely be our go to sitter from now on!
My three dogs are family, and that's always how Caroline treated them when they were in her care. My husband and I love her dedication, commitment and genuine love for animals! When we were out of town, she even took care of our 2 cats and fed the fish every day. We couldn't recommend her more.
Caroline pet set for my family while she was still living in Houston for college. Once we met her, we knew she was the one to always go to for our animal's care when we were out of town. Caroline has been an incredible caregiver for Diesel. She spends all her free time playing with him. She is even documenting with pictures his growth, development and all his daily activities.She is incredible with animals for as long as I have known her. A typical day
I live in a family neighborhood RIGHT across from a kid's park and a huge field where we can play, in addition to my house's fenced in back yard. Your dogs will never be left unsupervised or off-leash unless in a fenced-in enclosure. Additionally, the dog park is 4 minutes away and we will make fun trips there (with your okay as the owner). It's a GREAT way to release energy! Our back yard has a big baby pool for the water-loving pups to cool off on a hot day, as well as plenty of toys for different sized dogs! The backyard is fully dog proofed and puppy proofed to ensure that, despite never being left unattended in the yard, there will be no accidents, no matter what.
