Pet care experience
My husband and I have both owned and cared for dogs our entire lives, and I also worked at a veterinary clinic for 3 years. I am very experienced with pet care and also identifying any health concerns that may arise. We love dogs and your pet is welcome to hang out with us on the couch, go on walks in our dog and family friendly neighborhood, and spend quality time with our beagle, Scout. My husband is fully remote and I’m hybrid in office, so we are at home a majority of the time. We live in a single family home with a fully fenced yard, so taking the dogs outside to walk and play is an easy process. We also have a doggie door for easy indoor/outdoor access, but we can block that off as needed when we leave the house. We can't wait to meet your dog!

Caroline and her family took great care of our dog Izzy. Izzy recently had some eye issues and had to wear a cone because her eye has been sealed shut. We were not counting on the cone and the eye when we started looking for a place for her to stay. Caroline sent pictures of Izzy hanging out and sleeping with her dog and we really felt good knowing Izzy was in good hands. We’d book Caroline again in a second because Izzy came home happy and healthy even with the complication of a medically closed eye and a cone. Our dog is 13 and pretty set in her ways so knowing Caroline had a lot of experience with dogs from working at a vet was a huge comfort. Thanks Caroline!

We have a fenced-in yard and a doggie door, and can crate your dog at your request. Our beagle, Scout, will be there to keep your dog company. We spend lots of time outside (weather permitting)!

A typical day
We love neighborhood walks and the parks that are available to us. We also spend a good amount of time sitting on the porch in the fenced-in backyard. Lots of time with toys and treats!

One of us is a full-time remote employee and the other is hybrid home/in office (mostly home), so we are almost always home with the dogs! We provide frequent bathroom breaks with the fenced-in yard and neighborhood walks.
