Pet care experience
During these COVID times- I will wear a face mask and gloves if the client desires, and I can refuse strangers from letting people pet their animals (aka dogs during walks). I hope to be respectful of everyone's safety and healthy needs and wishes.----- I have taken care of a huge range of all types of animals from working at animal shelters to aquariums to my own animals! I have experience with everything from small hamsters, to fish, to reptiles, to amphibians, to big dogs, horses, goats, cows, to exotic snakes, reptiles, plants, you name it! I love all animals and am a marine biologist with a undying passion for nature, so the more animals the merrier! I have a plethora of experience administering medication and training puppies, cats, rabbits, even fish! I would love to be able to watch your animal and give them the proper attention and love they deserve! I have also worked with vet and vet technicians and have knowledge on animal first aid & poison control.

I have known Caroline quite well since 2013. She is the definition of an animal person! She is great with dogs of course, as well as cats and fish/aquarium creatures. Caroline grew up with dogs, and regularly takes care of her sisters and her friends' dogs. If Caroline is your dog walker or dog sitter, you can be rest assured that your pet(s) will get TONS of care, attention, play time, and genuine love! She never gets tired of throwing balls, playing tug o' war or with other toys, or taking them for walks or to the park. I would trust her to take care of my dog for an hour or for a month!!!
Caroline has the biggest heart when it comes to animals. I have truly never met anyone that sincerely loves and adores animals like she does. She is extremely responsible and trustworthy and is always my first choice when I need someone to watch my own pet. She cares for all animals that she meets as if they are her own, is super attentive to their needs and really treats them like royalty. She is also very accommodating to my schedule and the unique needs of my pet. I think having a biology background really gives her a special advatange to understanding their behavior and caring for them. I would highly recommend her for any animal caregiving job.

I have a fenced in yard and large pool for animals to swim and play in. I also have a separate room in the house that I can use if you would like your animal to have their own space and/or have alone time. I live right next too a quiet neighborhood where I can take your animal for walks around the neighborhood if you desire. It is just me in the house so your animal will not interact with anyone who it may not be familiar with and there are not strangers coming and going. I do have friends to give your animal extra love and attention that can come over to meet us if you would like your animal to get even more social interaction! I also am happy to take your animal out to the beach or dog park (all within a 10 minute drive from my house) if you would like.

Availability
I am available all times of the day and night since my schedule is very flexible, and I can work from home. I travel for my research, so when I am not traveling, I am working on the computer and able to work from multiple areas/homes - as long as wifi is provided! I usually work best and prefer to work with a furry friend or animal companion near by! I am also available via phone and email throughout the entire time I am babysitting your animal.
