Caroline has always been such a blessing when it comes to taking care of our fur babies. When they can’t travel with us, the next best option for them is time with her. She treats them as her own and you can see her love for them shine thru. We have two boxers (which can be a handful) but she handles them with ease. I would recommend Caroline to anyone who wants to know their pets are in good hands and their needs are being met (including snuggle time, playtime, frisbee time...etc) when you can’t be there with them. With Caroline on the job...you can relax and enjoy your vacation and time with family and/or friends without concern or worry for your babies at home.

THIS SITTER LEFT MY ANIMALS ALONE FROM 2:30PM ON A FRIDAY TO 12:30PM THE FOLLOWING DAY. She lied to me about being with them, refused to send pics, and left them unfed, without water (and my dog in her kennel had no access to any water) and without walks for nearly 24 hours. Caroline was booked to be with my four animals from a Friday - Sunday. She said she could get to them around 4:30-5pm that Friday. I texted her at 7:44pm to see how my animals were doing with her, she responded at 7:46pm saying they were great but that she was away from the house and would send pics of them (which is what I requested upon booking) when she got back. I responded immediately asking her if she had already stopped by that day and she did not respond. I was out of state at a concert and, when I still hadn't heard anything from her, nor received any pictures, I texted her at 1:15am Friday night/Saturday morning asking if she was with them at that time. She responded at 1:34am and said she was but would not send pictures until the morning. I already had a bad feeling as I've never had a sitter be non-responsive, but when she refused to send pictures I knew she was not with them. I responded immediately asking if the animals were giving her good snuggles and she never responded. In the morning, I still had no pics or responses from Caroline. I started calling friends to see if they could stop by and feed and walk the animals. I texted Caroline at 11:52am and did not hear back until 12:28pm at which time she sent me pics that only showed half of the dogs and/or were blurry - and in one I saw that she had fed my dog -- meaning my dogs and cats got breakfast and the dogs got their first walk (SINCE ABOUT 2PM THE DAY BEFORE) around 12:30pm. I texted in response to the pics and asked if she would be hanging out with them that day. She texted at 1:10pm saying she was running errands but she'd be back by dinner. I responded, then sent her another text around 3:10pm and she did not respond. I then texted her at 7:21pm asking if she was with the animals. She immediately responded with one pic of my cats face and I again asked if she was with them. No response. At 7:49pm I sent Caroline a text saying that I wanted to be fully transparent with her and that I was worried she was not actually with the animals. I told her I felt nervous the night before and needed reassurance she was really with them. She responded saying she was out at dinner but that she had stopped by and fed them first. I called a friend who I had contacted earlier that day who then dropped everything to check on my angels. She went over around 8:30pm and said there were no sheets on the bed (I had another sitter, who I have booked repeatedly and had great experiences with -- stay with the animals earlier in the week and when she left on Friday she put all the sheets in the washer for Caroline) and that the animals did not appear to have been fed, the litter box did not seem to be clean, and everyone was aching for attention. I asked her if she could stay the night with them and she agreed. I texted Caroline at 9:10pm telling her I had a friend check on the animals and knew that she had not stayed with them the night before. I said "please do not come back" and explained my friend would be staying with them. Caroline did not respond. This was a nightmare and was the first and only night since I rescued my animals that they have ever been left alone. No food, no fresh water, and no walks for my dog. My larger dog was in her crate from whenever the first sitter left (around 2:30pm on Friday) until Caroline chose to show up around 12:30pm on Saturday. </3 She lied about being with them and having the time to care for and give attention to them. I hope no one else ever has an experience like this and would strongly recommend never, ever booking Caroline as she neglected and abandoned my four animals - and lied to me about doing so.
