Pet care experience
Hi I'm Caroline! I have a dog, cat, and horse of my own and have been caring for pets for over 10 years. I am experienced and comfortable working with dogs that don't get along with other dogs or strangers, and might have very specific instructions on how to exercise and care for them. Raising a very high energy protective cattle dog has taught me a lot about socializing, training, and handling difficult situations and behavioral issues safely. I am a very active person and happy to tire your dog out as much as possible during a walk or visit! Equally happy to just hang out and give lots of attention, depending on whatever your pet needs and enjoys.

I always like to know how your dog reacts to seeing other dogs and humans on a walk so I can be prepared, any allergies they have, and any training you have in place that you would like me to follow through with to keep things consistent for your dog.

Walks in your neighborhood or playtime in your yard, or just lots of attention on the couch, all depends on what your pet prefers and what they need at the time! Just let me know and we'll do it.

I am a musician, so my schedule is very flexible when I'm home, and caring for pets fits in really well. I enjoy it because it keeps me active, gets me outside, and I love animals :) I keep my calendar updated regularly to show when I am out of town on gigs. Otherwise, I am very flexible and can do walks and visits most any time of day.
