Caroline was very friendly. She answered all my calls, texts, and emails quickly. She had questions about the stay which showed she cared about the dog and the dogs well-being. She sent pictures and was patient with my doggy due to my dog having a little anxiety. she even closed out the stay by asking if everything was okay, what she did wrong and right. I was impressed with her questions. I have to say I started getting concerned about using Rover because I had trouble finding a dog sitter/home sitter. The sitters were not updating their available calendars, not calling back, forgetting about the meet and greet appointment etc. and then I found Caroline THANK GOODNESS! SHE DID WONDERFUL AND HOLLY (DOG) LOVED HER. I would definitely recommend her to other people and I will use her again in the future.

Caroline is fantastic! Our animals were content after our 7 day departure from home, that has never been the case in the past! She is obviously passionate about the animals for whom she cares. I highly recommend her!
