I am a junior at Muhlenberg college from Scottsdale, Arizona studying a double major in Neuroscience and English. I am here at school for the fall, and have have house sat for many dog owners in both Arizona and Allentown the past few years. Being away from my own golden doodle at home in AZ, I look for as many opportunities as possible to play with and get quality doggie therapy! Often during the summer, I frequently checked in (take on walks, feed, play with) on dogs whose owners had traveled. I also have played with many dogs in a pool or beach setting, so I learned how to keep an eye on dogs while still giving them time to play. I just got experience in the last year taking care of sick dogs, as my own pup was recovering from surgery for an ACL tear. She had a rigorous PT program with specific walks needed and had to stay off her leg for awhile. I have experience giving meds to dogs from this as well. Hoping to spend quality time with some cute pups and help a fellow dog owner out!!
