Warm home, friendly, loving. Huge dog park next to me. My 8 year old has a Mastiff "malo" and putting him to sleep next week. she will miss him dearly. I just sold my home of 24 years and need the extra income plus a dog to bring me and my 8 year old joy! My 8 year old and I love walks and playing with dogs. Our new place is very dog friendly. Lots of neighbors have dogs. I am free on Weekends and during the week usually before work and after 3pm. My son and daughter are at CU Boulder and love dogs too. They will visit on weekends and are signing up too. They had a black lab "Lucy" great hunting dog.
