We booked this sitter for the first time and were supposed to pick up our dog between 2:00 and 2:30. We arrived at 2:06 and messaged them and called them many times, but they didn’t respond for half an hour. We had to go into the building, find their name in the directory, and reach out that way just to get in contact. Additionally, they claimed our dog had two walks, but there were no app tracking records or pictures to confirm this. As a first-time experience, I wouldn’t recommend this sitter.
