Love and Fenced Yard for Small Dogs

We are a family that loves dogs. Although I'm new to Rover, I personally have had dogs from a young age, after taking a break during my children's younger years, I was eager to welcome furry friends into our home. We started by fostering several dogs for a local non-profit, of course we fell in love with one of our fosters and adopted him. I would be very happy to love on your four legged babies as well! Please note I can only provide care for small breeds, 18 bs max for a grown adult.

Carolina is simply amazing. She is so accommodating and trustworthy. I had at least two updates, pictures, and videos of my little guy. Her family is wonderful, loving, and caring. I will be using her again on our next vacation.
We reached out to Carolina the weekend before we were leaving on vacation because our dog sitter cancelled at the last minute. We were hopeful to find someone and not have to reschedule our vacation. Carolina did a meet and greet with us within 24 hours. And we ended up going with her. I am so grateful we found Carolina, as we will hope to use her in the future, she saved us at the last minute and our dog seemed to have a great time. He is so tired today, our first day back home. She sent us pictures, videos and text message updates every day, which I appreciated so much! Highly highly recommend! Thank you, Carolina!! ❤️
Carolina was great with Kobe. She made him very comfortable. She was communicated throughout the whole stay. She was awesome in providing updates and pictures. I would definitely be using her service again!

We have a fenced back and front yard, dogs can walk and play around, and we always keep them company while in the yard. We have a crate, and a playpen to use if needed and for dogs who like them, but we prefer to let dogs roam about the common areas, they are also welcome on the couch. Our Perrin is an older Poodle with low energy; he does better with dogs who have low to moderate energy levels, and who are fine to let him do his own thing when he wants to be alone. I do a light grooming, light brushing, natural wipes, and deodorizer, every 3-4 days, no nail cutting or brushing teeth. If your dog requires daily brushing and or wiping, there will be an extra charge for that. There is no smoking, and no small children in our home, the kids are teenagers/young adults.

To make your baby's stay enjoyable, I would love to learn what makes them happy, their quirks, things they do not like, details of their daily routine, and to have any special item that they love. Please make sure to put on their collar with a name tag and contact info prior to dropping them off, and bring a good-fitting harness and a leash.
A typical day
We'll let your dog take the lead. If they enjoy playing we'll have lot's of fun running around in the backyard, and playing with toys; If your pup is content snuggling up on the couch I'll be sure to provide lots of warmth and company for them. Either way they will gets loads of love!

Availability
Weekends: I work from home Fridays, and I'm off Saturdays and Sundays, I am home most of the day on weekends, and I let the dogs out several times a day. My availability for drop-in visits is flexible from Friday to Sunday as well. Weekdays: I can only take dogs that can be alone during work hours as I work full-time Monday through Thursday.
