Hello fellow dog lovers! I have many years of caring for dogs under my belt. I grew up in a house that was never without pets, so taking care of (and loving on) dogs is just about part of my DNA. I began house sitting for dog owners several years ago, with my first experience being taking care of my boss's 3 dogs for a week. Since then, I have been asked many more times to watch dogs of all sizes and temperaments. When caring for someone else's pets, my first priority (of course) is making sure they have everything they need. After that, my goal is to make sure they get lots of affection without messing with any established routines. My mantra when house sitting is to leave the place looking like I was never there. Providing care for dogs and homes is something I really enjoy. It is a blessing in itself to be trusted by others to care for things that matter to them, but when those things are furry and four-legged it is that much better!
