I have both personally owned or worked with pets for over 15 years. I got my first cat 15 years ago, I volunteered at a pet store when I was in high school, I also worked at a dog grooming salon giving dogs a sudsy bath! My husband and I both love animals and we currently have four furry babies, two cats (Hope and Maya), and two dogs (Scrappy and Sparky). Our home and backyard is completely open to them to roam wherever and we even have a trampoline and kiddie pool for any pets who love to adventure (Our dog Scrappy loves the trampoline). I am currently studying from home so I am home all day most days, my husband also plays with our dogs in the yard every evening and we do evening walks. I have a fenced yard and two dogs and cats. Our cats are mostly indoors though. Our dogs have access to the doggy door to go in and out but we also crate train and can lock the doggy door if preferred. Our home is very pet proof and we make sure we have nothing in the house that can harm any of the fur babies.
