Pet care experience
Hello! I’m Carolann and I love taking goofy photos of your pets. I grew up helping my grandfather tend to his farm and have always loved animals, so naturally, I tended to pet sitting as I got older. On top of my 9 years of experience with dog sitting, I have cared for a variety of animals including horses, cats, bunnies, and birds. I can administer oral medication if necessary and I have experience caring for and training puppies as well. Most recently, my partner and I spent 4 months traveling the US and pet sitting all across the country (see: myriad animals in my photo gallery). The most dogs I have am comfortable caring for at once is 3. I have experience with extra small-large dogs but I am willing to work with extra-large dogs after a meet and greet. Also, I have a car, so if your pet loves car rides I am happy to take them for a ride! (And take them on longer walks on hiking trails). A bit more about me: I love hiking, climbing, and baking. I hope we can get connected and I look forward to working with you and your pets soon!

Carolann is a wonderful cat sitter!!! She went above and beyond to take care of my kitty. Carolann stayed an extra half an hour to keep my cat company since he was lonely. She is an amazing animal care giver and I will be using her again! Highly recommend!
Carolann was great! She came to meet Frida prior to our scheduled walk and had great questions that assured me she cared a lot about my dogs needs. My dog ended up being sick and Carolann was super kind about all of it. I would totally work with her again!
Carolann was amazing and took great care of our fur baby Winston! She came to a meet-and-greet before her stay and became instant friends with Winston. She was very prompt in showing up to begin the stay and took him for so many nice walks and playdates (as evidenced by cute photos). She was so flexible and accommodating when we had to extend our trip for a few extra days. Anytime I go out of town, I will be sure to seek out Carolann again. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Great sitter! She stayed with our dog for the day while we were out of town and he warmed up to her right away! She was willing to come early to accommodate our travel, and sent us pictures/updates throughout the day. We would definitely recommend!

I would like to know their age, size, and energy level before sitting. I would also like to know about their history of training and if there are any issues with separation anxiety. I have no breed preferences, I love all doggies equally! If I’m sitting for your cat, please make me aware if they carry FHV! I cannot care for cats who have FHV due to my own pets. Thanks for understanding.
A typical day
Your dog and I will love to walk paths around the neighborhood or out to the parks if allowed by owner. I can run, walk or play fetch depending on the energy level of the dog. The owner is welcome to suggest your pup's favorite place to walk. Lots and lots of belly rubs and head scratches are a part of the deal as well :)

Availability
I work Sunday-Thursday from 7a-3p. I’m available any time outside that window unless noted on my calendar of availability. I am open for walks, runs or hikes with your pets.
