I've owned dogs for 30 years but sadly, my last dog died a couple of years ago. I'm now looking after dogs in my own home for anyone who hates putting their dog in kennels when they go away. I live in a rural setting so they will have plenty of countryside walks. I have a secure garden too. Dogs staying with me will be walked at least twice a day. I've always had big dogs (Akitas and Chows) but love little dogs just as much. Puppies welcome too. I’m licenced with the local authority to board dogs...certificate available to view. All dogs staying with me are treat like royalty. They are never left on their own because if I have to go out, my husband stays with them

Carol and her husband were welcoming and attentive to Hughie. Communication was great and Hughie was happy to see me when I picked him up. Carol also provided us with advice about dog food which I will certainly try once the current bag is empty. Thank you and hope to see you again

Fabulous people, our little old lady had a super week with Carol and her husband. We knew the minute we met this lovely couple that she would be settled and happy. As " dog rescue" helpers we know when a dog is happy being with someone or not and she made herself totally at home from the first step over the threshold at Carols . We could not feel we are leaving our lady in better hands !! if we could give 6* we would. Already re booked and we would not hesitate to use Carol again. Thanks, for the kind loving cares you gave her while we grabbed a break -
