I am a retired bookstore owner and life-long cat lover, eager to meet and care for your cats (indoor only please). While you are away, I will send pictures and a daily diary of your cats' activities and I'll take on other duties such as cleaning any cat-related messes, watering plants and taking in the mail. Our feline companion of seven years is George, a substantial (meaning large), long-haired Siamese who we adopted from a shelter. He requires daily medication, so I have extensive experience administering pills. My other medical experience with cats includes giving flea medication, ear drops and insulin shots.

As always, Carol was wonderful with my kitties! I didn’t have to worry about them at all. The pictures she takes of them helps relieve my worries.. the kitties love that she plays with them. I know that they are treated well while I’m gone!!
Carol is amazing!!! It's hard to really do justice to how wonderful she is, but we feel so very fortunate that we found her. We feel as if we can go on a vacation without worrying about our pets thanks to Carol, and she goes way beyond the minimum when she is at our house. She truly works to make our pets feel safe and comfortable with her, including continuing to try to coax our very shy cat out from his hiding places-and she has been successful in doing this, as no other pet sitter has been successful. Carol is a real blessing!

I am only available for cat sitting. I typically try to work in some playtime and some affection time (petting, brushing). I will send photos and a text report every time I visit.

Availability
I do not have other scheduled work that I would need to work around, so I am entirely flexible and willing to adapt to your cat's feeding schedule. I am available for 1 or 2 drop-in visits per day. If you require cat sitting in October, my calendar is only temporarily closed, until I finalize a short trip. Please tell me your dates and I will do my best to accommodate.
