I Personally own and cared for my bull dog Sasha since age 2 she is now 91 and doing fine. I've owned 5 dogs and 3 cats all of which lasted well into their old age. Like people, I treat all animals with respect as if they we're my own children giving plenty of water, enough food, lots of exercise and Love.If an animals abandon I will go the extra mile to find it a home. Example while driving home I saw 6 kittens alone in a basket on the side of the road I immediately scooped them up and brought them to a vet for examination Ending up keeping all but 2 after posting signs around town. I also feed chickens, a dog and goats on a ranch daily.

I would prefer the dog be gentle towards other people besids home owner and other dogs and up to date on their shot record.
A typical day
I walk the dogs down the street or at a park whatever is closest. Activities depend on the dog some are older and cant run do to arthiritis others are young and can run. Socialization. Is up to the pet owner some prefer you distance yourself from other dogs but most like inter action as long as the dogs remain on the leash.
