Pet care experience
My love and appreciation for dogs has grown to the point where I can’t imagine life without them. I was a doggie auntie for years - and would often set up sleepovers and getaways with my sisters pups - before offering my services to friends and neighbors . My job prevented me from committing to pet ownership but one day a mature chihuahua was lost in my yard, rescued me and changed all that. In the process I have learned a great deal about puppy and mature dog holistic care and training. I also make my own treats and dogs love them!

Carol truly loves dogs! She took care of my Tucker with total love and admiration. She sent videos, pictures and updates daily. She and her adopted dog, Mia, are warm and welcoming. Carol was amazing. Milo loved her the minute she walked into the house. We're visiting and needed a quick dog check in. She was perfect!!!
Carol was quick to respond, kind, calm, punctual and the perfect host for my Kodi girl! Carol offered great updates and photos or videos every day, and certainly had a welcoming home that made my girl feel comfortable. Long walks, belly rubs, play time, social time, and extra loving. I adopted a female terrier chihuahua puppy in 2022 named Mia. She is very social and inquisitive and loves playing and walking with other dogs. We would make your pet very welcome in a new environment. My neighborhood is residential and quiet, great for walks. I like my environment calm. I believe that in developing mutual respect over time, trust and affection is created and that makes for a happy and loyal pet - and owner!

A typical day
I enjoy exploring hiking trails and greenways in the city and think it is wonderful stimulation for other dogs as well. I also try to work in some playtime by teaching them some new tricks, if a dog is willing.
