Carol was once again excellent visiting our cat while we were away! She makes it easy to leave without worry, knowing that your furry family members will be in good hands. Thank you again, Carol!
Carol was absolutely incredible while I was away. I was nervous about leaving my cat at home for the first time, and I booked 2 visits a day with Carol. She went above and beyond, sent me so many photos and videos of my little one and after the first day of my vacation I knew he was in good hands and I was able to relax. He clearly loved her with all the photos ...
Carol was incredibly responsive throughout the whole stay and send me tons of picture and video updates! I felt certain that Maizey was in great hands while I was away and would love to use her again!
Chill with us in Chinatown
We're Marc and Carol. We've been on DogVacay/Rover for two years and we love having the occasional furry friend to take out for walks/runs along the seawall, ice cream dates, picnics in the park, hikes, shopping, etc. In addition to dog boarding, we also do drop-in visits (primarily for kitties). What Carol would like to know about your dog
For boarding: Since we live in an 650sqft apartment, we prefer to have guests who are well acquainted with apartment living, are friendly with other dogs in the building, are not spooked by the noise in the hallway. We also have a resident kitty named Kiwi. She is independent and sassy as hell, but pretty chill if you give her space. We found that guests who have been around cats before are usually good with Kiwi. Kiwi does not do well with high-energy dogs, puppies, or dogs with prey drive.
Dogs must be neutered and up-to-date with their vaccinations. If there are any behavioural issues (i.e. separation anxiety), we would like to know in advance and the steps you generally take to deal with them.
