I have been involved pet-sitting for many years-grew up with pets. Experienced in dog walking, taking care of dogs, brushing dogs, traveling with dogs, reinforced dog training, dog events-Agility Pit crew, Rally pit crew, and Barnhunt pit crew specifically. Helped reinforce training with my best friend's 2 dogs Alfie and Birdie-have gone by for multiple years to let them out to play and do business since I work part-time during the week/off on weekends.(currently still doing this). Took a pet CPR course. Took Birdie to agility class for 10 years-met her owner there due to her owner's work schedule (my best Friend) and then observed the class. Helped train her with this. Helped train Alfie with Rally. Have house sat/dog sat with Alfie and Birdie multiple times throughout the years. Have given medicine to dogs before as needed. Went to the National Agility Championships/Eukanuba two times with Birdie.Have traveled to multiple dog shows/events-Agility, Rally, Barnhunt,etc as the pit crew for each-with Canine Performance Event (CPE) and American Kennel Club (AKC). Have helped other owners/handlers with their dogs at these various events also. Grew up with cats. Have been a pet-sitter for cats also-playing with them, feeding them, cleaning/changing the litter box, giving medicine to cats, putting eye drops in cat's eyes, etc. I spend quality time with your Pets! References provided upon request. I do work a part -time job during the week;however, I am still able to do a drop-in or a walk before I go to work. Of course if I am house sitting then this is just a given that I would take care of the animal(s) before I went into work for the morning. I am definitely an animal person as my friends can attest to.
