I live in a condo complex with many footpaths and a dog run. My sister's large breed dog loved to chase squirrels and rabbits, and he even pulled me to the ground several times. I taught him to stay when he saw the little critters, using Trader Joe's beef liver treats (100% freeze dried liver, no additives). Now I (and his owners) can walk him with only a few fingers on the leash. I've sat with her dog many times and she and her husband will provide excellent referrals. I research all products that go into the dog's mouth--mine and the owners products--to ensure health and well-being. I will inform owners of any detrimental ingredients and follow their instructions. I am a retired Lutheran pastor and love all of God's creatures.
