Carol offered a meet and greet prior to sitting which showed initiative and is something we always do. When our original dates needed adjusting she was understanding and flexible, both very positive traits. She arrived on time, was prepared and gave them their daily long walk in the neighborhood. She obviously enjoys the dogs and they were happy to stay in her care. We received pictures and updates while away and we’re 100% satisfied with her services. We recommend Carol and will use her services in the future.
