HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday-Saturday: 7AM to 7PM Sunday: 9AM to 7PM DAYCARE: Mon-Fri: 7AM - 7PM OVERNIGHT BOARDING: Our boarding rates are based on a 24 hour timeframe. Please bring your pet on a leash and have an identification tag on their collar. All guests must be current with vaccinations and we require a copy of current vaccination records. This policy is protection for your pet and our other guests. All guests over 9 months must be spayed or neutered and on flea preventative. WE MUST HAVE DROP OFF AND PICK UP TIMES AT TIME OF BOOKING. WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT BOOKINGS WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. Thanks! ON NON HOLIDAY WEEKENDS WE HAVE A TWO NIGHT MINIMUM FOR BOARDING. ON THE WEEKS OF MAJOR HOLIDAYS WE HAVE A MINIMUM THREE NIGHT BOARDING POLICY AND CAN NOT ACCEPT DAYCARE BOOKINGS. Carol's Critter Sitters is a professional pet sitting service catering to clients in the Houston Heights and surrounding areas. We offer doggie day care and boarding in our home but can also visit your pet in your home. Unfortunately we can't do overnight stays because we have pets in our home that need evening care. Our backyard is extremely large and just right for dogs to romp and play! Lengthy play times throughout the day in cooler weather. During the heat of the Summer, play times are longer in the early morning with 10-15 minute breaks throughout the day and again longer after the heat of the day. Potty breaks are @ every 2-3 hours for @ 10 minutes, Once the weather cools down play times are extended throughout the day. . Are you going on vacation or away for the holidays? We're available! We can't wait to meet you and your wonderful pet! Carol has extensive experience working with a wide variety of animals. Her experience includes work as a Veterinary Technician and as a Zookeeper. Her internship was completed at the Houston Zoo. We are retired so we're home and usually one of us is here while the other shops, runs errands etc. Once in a blue moon we might go out to dinner but we aren't gone long! We have a fenced in yard for playtime. We feed everyone separately to avoid food bandits. At bedtime we provide our guests with cots and soft beds. We are retired so we're at home 24/7 to care for our guests. We go outside with your pet every 2 hours for playtime. If one of us runs errands the other stays home to watch over our guests. We have a 1/3 acre fenced yard perfect for running and playing. In the summer months we have a splash pool for the more adventurous. We are a retired couple so we're home all the time. If one of us has errands to run then the other is home to watch over the guests. We have a very large fenced yard perfect for running and playing. We go outside for play and potty time @ every two hours throughout the day. In the summer months we are especially careful of the heat. We keep buckets and bowls of fresh water inside and outside at all times. We are retired so we're always home to care for your babies. If I have an appointment or if I need to shop, Ralph is home. If Ralph needs to run an errand I'm at home with the pups. Our fenced 1/3 acre yard is perfect for playing and running. Every guest sleeps in canine comfort on a raised cot or a soft fluffy bed.
