Hi, I’m Carmesha. I wanted to become a pet sitter because I love animals. Big or small, I cherish them all! I also wanted to help busy families take care of their pets. Pet sitting through Rover has allowed me to set my own schedule so I can have a healthy work-life balance. I had a couple of pets growing up and have been around dogs for most of my life. I’ve cared for a variety of breeds but have the most experience with Corgis. I used to dog sit for a family friend a few times a year. She had a beautiful Corgi mix. Watching her dog inspired me to become a professional sitter. Currently, I don't foster pets or volunteer with animals, but I hope to in the near future. When I'm not pet sitting, I'm having fun with my children. Being a stay-at-home mom gives me enough time to raise them and still work part-time. My hobbies include spending time with family, going for walks, reading, playing board games, surfing the net, and listening to music. What makes me the happiest is to see others happy! My home is a very comfortable place. We don't have a backyard but we have a gated patio that's nice to hang out on. I live in an apartment complex. There are always a lot of people around our neighborhood. The atmosphere in our community is quiet, yet busy, with lots of places to go for walks. Having kids in the house means all our furry guests get plenty of belly rubs! There are great sidewalks, a playground, a walking trail, and an extra-large grassy area just for dogs! I will be the primary person looking after your pooch. All members of my family are great with animals though.
