Carmen was so so good with my pup Hazel- immediately started looking back for her when it was time to go, I can tell she had a great time with Carmen. She was very responsive and flexible with me! Absolutely recommend to trust her with your pup!
Holly is usually so anxious when I drop off or pick up from Rovers but she wasn’t with Carmen! She did an amazing job with her, sent regular updates, and was super flexible. Already booked her again and would highly recommend!
Carmen was fantastic watching my little Bean. We had a spur of the moment request and Carmen was available to watch him quickly. She sent pictures throughout the stay and made us feel very comfortable while away.
Carmen is a kind, genuine, and caring person who loves pets. She is responsible, mature, and diligent in taking care of your pet. I do not know a better person to leave my pet in the care of.
