Hi, I’m Carmen! I’m 22 years old and I am currently in college working towards becoming a canine physical therapist. I’ve had a huge love for animals since I was a little girl and I love all animals no matter the breed or size. I have two dogs of my own back in Charlotte and they are the best thing ever! I have a doggy nephew that I’ve lived with and known since he was 8 weeks old, now he’s 2yrs old. He is such a joy to be around everyday! I hope to meet your pet(s) and give you the best care experience ever! I work at an animal hospital here in Raleigh, so I can identify any abnormal symptoms or needs if anything pops up.

I am very careful and gentle with all clients animals. I make sure I am aware of any issues listed. If I see something is off with your pup, I will make sure to let you know. I also will give a lot of pets to your kiddo and not just let them do their own thing, unless they want to. I also want to note I do know how to do CPR but am not certified via organization or coursework, if it is needed I am confident in doing so.

Any medical problems, food specifications, if they need to be in the crate before leaving or not. I like to know where all of their belongings are such as food, treats and leashes.
A typical day
I like to play fetch or tug of war with all dogs. I also love the give belly rubs and massages to the pups. For walks I prefer to stay in the same area as their home so they are comfortable of their surroundings. For cats I will give them pets if they want it, if not I will let them do their thing.

Availability
Since I have my own dogs, I have to feed, take them out to the bathroom and play every day! She’s 13yrs old and he’s 2yrs old so they both need all the love they can get. Also, since I have a doggy nephew, Denver, I watch him, take him to go potty, play and feed him whenever his mom needs the extra hand.
