I've had quite a few pets of my own ranging from hamsters to cockatiels. I currently have a smooth coat Brussels Griffon male. I know the responsibility and dedication it takes raising a dog from puppyhood to adulthood. Those sleepless nights and bags under my eyes are unforgettable but were worth it. From that moment on, my motto has been "Never Give Up". I consider myself an animal activist. I believe that the same way that pets bring joy and love into our lives, we should give it back to them.
