Pet care experience
Hello, I’m Carmen! I’ve had pets my whole life and have helped neighbors, friends, and family take care of their pets too. When caring for your animal I’ll make sure to respect their space while still giving them all the love they want. I’ll most likely bring some treats for them, but only if that’s okay with you! If you just want a walk, there’s a park five minutes from my house or I can find a spot near your place. With your pet in my care you should never have to worry about their safety and/or health. If there’s anything your pet needs I will take care of it. I look forward to meeting your animals and showering them with affection when necessary. Whatever you need, I can provide! :)

Carmen is communicative, reliable, loving and seems to really enjoy providing pet care!! She listened carefully to what works best for my pupper and sent cute pictures of a happy dog during his stay! Rebooked with her immediately and will be using her services in the future for sure!
Carmen has taken care of my dogs for a very long time during vacation or other events. Every time she has taken care of them she's made sure to not only let them out and feed them, but also to hangout with them and take them on the occasional walk. She has always been very attentive and loving towards my dogs which is why she would be perfect for this position.
Carmen is one of the best dog walkers. She is conscientious and reliable. You can tell she truly loves animals by the way she talked to our dog. It’s not always easy to find someone to trust with your dog, so we were happy to have found Carmen.
Carmen is wonderful! She has walked and sat my dog Eddie close to ten times now, and he always is happy and safe when I return. A reliable caretaker, Carmen is energetic, a great listener, and knows how to communicate well. I always look forward to hearing about the adventures she and Eddie go on. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Any kinds of triggers (squirrels, dogs, cats, cars, objects, etc.), unexpected reactions, or anything out of the ordinary should be communicated ahead of time. Knowing about allergies as well. And especially, if your pet has any favorite activities, snacks, or silly mannerisms please let me know!!
A typical day
Usually when I meet a dog the first goal is to become buddies with them. Seeing how they maneuver through life helps to better understand how to care for them. Playing with their toys, dog puzzles, and plenty of walking are the next go-to. Also, lots of love and affection in the form of cuddling and pats!!

Availability
I work full-time, 9-5pm all week at a bakery. My days off are Wednesdays and Sundays. Anytime I'm not baking I am free! Usually I'm home by 6pm on workdays.
