Carmen is outstanding. This was our first trip since Andre had back surgery for IVDD. Carmen was responsive to the precautions and monitored his rest and activity. She is loving and caring and updated us with regular photos - responded back when we cautioned about his exuberance. We felt assured that she was providing him with a loving home away from home.

I cannot say enough good things about Carmen!! She took amazing care of him, sent photo updates throughout the day and report cards every night. He can have a tough time being separated from us but we saw that we was relaxed at Carmen’s place and playing with other dogs. We felt very good about leaving our dog with Carmen and could feel the love she had for him.
