Pet care experience
I worked as a kennel technician at Burch Creek Animal Hospital for two years. My responsibilities were to walk, feed, clean, and care for the dogs and cats that were boarding. I have a big heart for animals of any kind, and would be honored to take care of others fur-babies. My family owns a large-sized dog as well as a short-haired cat that we love dearly. My husband and I own a long-haired cat of our own (Teddy) as well. I am very experienced with caring for animals and making sure they are happy and healthy. I am available any day or time as I do work from home, as well as Rover full-time! I am happy to house/pet sit, go for walks, and drop-ins! I live in the downtown Ogden area with my husband and kitty🐱 so it would be preferable if owners were in about a 5 mile radius from here! Always feel free to message me with any questions!

This is the second time I’ve booked Carly and she is so wonderful! She came over the 4th of July weekend to feed, give medications, and play with my high maintenance Maine Coon. He loves her and she sends pictures plus updates. I highly recommend her!!! Thanks so much Carly!!!😻
Carly did a fantastic job taking care of our two cats. She successfully gave our Maine Coon medication every day and it’s not an easy feat. She was loving and so kind. We loved all of the daily pictures she sent and updates. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

Carly is the sweetest young lady! My Ruby was so well taken care of and pampered. I have never left my dog with anyone except family before so I was really nervous to do so. Carly sent me videos and pictures of Ruby along with updates which really helped me out while I was away. Carly also stayed the evenings with Ruby and that helped with my dog’s anxiety and mine. Carly is very good with animals and has had a lot of experience dealing with dogs. I also trusted Carly in my home while I was away. I would highly recommend Carly to care for your pet while you are away! She is an amazing young lady!!

Our Teddy (cat) is spoiled to death. We give him all the cuddles, pets, and kisses he deserves. We make sure to play with him daily, as he is an indoor cat, and needs exercise to keep him active. Teddy is asthmatic, so I have experience administering him medication and inhalers, and can administer medicine to other pets as well if needed. With clients pets, I love taking the pups for walks, fetch, and just snuggling up and relaxing. I have a strong bond with kitties and have had several family cats in the past. Pet owners can always feel safe with me knowing there fur-babies are well taken care of and loved.

I do not have any breed preferences, I love all dogs and cats the same! It would be appreciated to know important things, however, such as if the dog has any past aggressive behavior with other dogs, medication(s) they may need, special feeding, etc.
A typical day
I love pups and all other animals of any kind! Walks, playtime, and all-around care are essential for any animal! My favorite thing is playing fetch with puppers, and cuddles with the fur-babies! I enjoy walks as extensive as a hike up Waterfall canyon with your pup, or an easy trot around the neighborhood, depending on your pet’s energy and health!

I am currently focusing solely on Rover/dog sitting, and wanting to do what I love full-time. My husband and I have a cat of our own that we love like crazy and love being able to have the opportunity to care for other animals!
