I have been an animal lover all my life. I’ve had most exposure with dogs. I’ve always had 1-3 dogs at a time growing up and they have made my life whole and shown me who I am. I love learning about their body language, temperaments, etc. because having the ability to communicate with them and share that bond is amazing. I’ve worked with a great dog trainer the last 3 years learning the best ways to interact with dogs. I have had experience with most all breeds; Shepherds, Pitbulls/Bully breeds, Doberman, Hounds, Labs, Rottweilers, Saint Bernards, Golden Retrievers, Boxers, Samoyeds, and small Terriers. I have volunteered at the Humane Society for over 2 years, where I socialize and walk the dogs and take them on trips to get a day off from the shelter. I have also volunteered with the Delaware Valley Humane Society as well. I do have one child who is 6. For being a young child he is fairly dog savvy as he has been around pitbull-type dogs since he was born as well as multiple dogs from the shelter, and we have been diligent in teaching him the correct way to approach/interact with dogs.
