Carly and her partner helped us in a last minute pinch by taking on an additional booking within 24 hours of someone else canceling, on top of the originally scheduled doggy day care appointment the next day. For that alone she gets bonus points! She has two awesome French Bulldogs that played well with our Frenchie puppy Beauregard. Their home appeared to be clear and gave enough room for them to run around inside. They do have a doggy door to the back patio, which has a child gate on the steps of the elevated deck that look over an open backyard, where we witnessed foot traffic from the neighbors. For the next visit I would request the doggy door be blocked so our dog wasn't able to come and go as he pleased as he is not used to that. All other communication was great, but we also had a slight pick up issue that resulted in us having to knock on the front door and back door and wait a few minutes before we got the attention of Carly's partner, but we did eventually get him all safe.

Miso came home very tired from playing with Carly and her dogs. And Carly was extremely accommodating of a schedule that shifted a couple of times, so thank you. Drop-off and pickup were both relaxed and efficient.
