Carlos was wonderful. Our dog comes with a lot of instructions and he followed them perfectly. I trust Carlos to take care of our dog anytime we go out of town.

I can’t begin to tell you how very fortunate we were to find Carlos on River.com! My 97 year old mother came to New Jersey for thanksgiving with our family. Unfortunately, she became very ill and was hospitalized. Upon her discharge the doctor said she couldn’t continue to live in Florida. Her 90 year old husband was still in Vero Beach being cared for by a caregiver. The caregiver does help care for their 12 year old shih tzu, but we needed to find someone to walk Bo on his days off. Bo is not the easiest dog to get close to and she has been known to bite if she is afraid. Before finding Carlos on Rover.com I tried another dog walking website. The first walker they sent was not able to get Bo out from under the bed so she never got outside that day. The next walker they sent put a harness around Bo’s neck trying to get her to cooperate which didn’t work either. I was getting frantic trying to figure out what to do from a thousand miles away. Fortunately I contacted Carlos and he was an answer to my prayers. He must have an extraordinary connection with animals and a great deal of patience because he was able to get her to warm up to him and successfully walk her 3 times/day. I couldn’t ask for more and I highly recommend this American Hero to anyone who needs help with their pet, even one who is high strung and difficult to handle. Thanks Carlos!
