I have two dogs and a cat at my parents house and a cat of my own! I just graduated from Ohio State with a degree in Animal Science and I will be applying to Vet School this upcoming year! My goal is to specialize in Companion and Equine Rehabilitation. I have been pet sitting for about five years now and I absolutely love spending time with the dogs and cats I have sat for! I have sat for dachshunds to mastiffs and in between. I also offer basic grooming such as bathing, brushing, and nail clipping. I can also work on basic training. I am very active and love going on walks but I can also take dogs on runs. I also have volunteered at the Union County Humane Society since I was nine years old. I have worked at a dog boarding and day care center as well as worked in two small animal veterinary clinics. I am looking to get back into the clinic setting soon!

Carley was awesome! When you first meet her you’re out at ease with her big welcoming smile. You can immediately tell she is a genuinely kind and sweet. Carley is very knowledgeable and experienced with animals, in addition to being a great communicator and very responsible. I appreciated all the pictures and videos she would send. I highly recommend Carley, and would absolutely book her again!
I would highly recommend Carley. It was nice to go away and knowing my cats and dogs were in good hands. Hopefully my animals were really nice to Carley and she will come back to pet sit for me in the future.
Carley took great care of my bulldogs. She is very friendly and my two girls took to her almost immediately. Thank you for taking care of my pups.

I do not have any breed preferences but I would like to know a little bit about their behavior and temperament. Knowing more about the dog or cat helps when approaching their environment and making sure that they feel the most comfortable and safe while watching them!
A typical day
I can take dogs on long walks at different parks around the area and I can also play fetch or do other activities! With cats, I will make sure to feed them and clean and refill their water. I will also clean their litter box every time I visit. After that is done, I make sure to give them all of the love and attention as well as play with them!

Availability
I am a certified personal trainer at a few gyms in the Columbus area and am a competitive powerlifter and powerlifting judge. My evening tend to be very busy because that is when I train clients and do my own training. I prefer flexible drop in and walks when scheduling so I can work it around my busy schedule!
