The visits were as I set up; food and water dispensed as needed and litter cleaned and trashed when necessary. I have 4 cats, yet I only saw pictures of two. The other two cats hid. I would have preferred at least one "cat count" during the 4 day drop-in visits. Otherwise, the reports came on time and pictures were sent of the 2 cats eating and drinking. That was appreciated.
We are so glad we found Carleigh on Rover. We have 2 households with pets and we both ask for her. She has made it possible for us to travel again with peace of mind the pets are comfortable in their own home. And they love her. We hope to have her come stay repeatedly in the future. Thank you, Carleigh!
For me, getting updates and messages constantly about my puppies is super important for my peace of mind. Carleigh did that and beyond. She also took great care of our puppies. Thanks Carleigh! I’ll be booking Carleigh again for sure!!!
Carleigh cared for my 2 small dogs for 6 days. She had to administer new medicine to a sick dog and give supplements to another. She fed a picky eater /walker and did a great job! Thank you Carleigh!

I would like to know the dogs temperament before caring for it. This will allow me to prepare myself if it is a shy, high energy, or more aggressive dog. I have no breed preferences as they are all wonderful!
A typical day
I love to play fetch in the yard with dogs. If there is a park near your home I could take your dog there for a walk or to play. I would walk your dog each time I visit if requested as well as play with them each time. If any medications are needed I can administer those at the appropriate times. All other animals will be cared for as required for the animal (brushing cats, misting reptile enclosures, cleaning litter boxes, etc.)

Availability
I currently have 1 dog, 6 cats, 2 ferrets, 3 snakes, 2 geckos, some rollie pollies and a beetle. I love all animals of all shapes and sizes and have experience caring for many as well. I grew up with dogs, cats, reptiles, and fish my whole life, and I grew to learn so much about them. As an adult I've cared for a large variety of animals both big and small. When I look to care for an animal I look at the best possible conditions and not just what will "get by".
