My love for dogs began with my first beagle at 8 years old. I always wanted multiple dogs but it was not in the cards for me at the time. So, by age 11, I started caring for neighbors pets regularly (11 years experience). I have experience with a variety of breeds, ages, and disabilities. As I grew older, I began overnight sitting in my hometown of Grand Rapids, Michigan (About 7 years experience). I believe animals are able to provide us with a love that is unparalleled and we should try our best to match it. I recently moved to Colorado and am devastated to leave my fur buddies behind with their families in Michigan. However, I know they’ll meet and share their love with new sitters and I am so excited to meet and share my love/experience/knowledge with your furry friends! I am dependable and punctual. I am here in anyway I can be to better support your pup...walk, run, wash, feed, play, home visits, and overnight stays. I look forward to meeting you and your best friend! My schedule is currently completely open. I am taking college courses online this semester and can rearrange my studying freely. I prefer to have a set schedule with dogs so we can easily build a bond. However, I absolutely understand the craziness that life can throw and am flexible to schedule on the fly. I live in a house with a medium sized 6 foot fenced in backyard. I have two roommates who adore animals and are very open to me providing home services. There is a malamute/husky mix in the house that is 3 years old. His name is Apollo and he is the biggest gentle giant I have ever met. He will not bother your pet and does not have a desire to respond to animals who might provoke him. He is very excited to have someone to sniff and chew on toys with!!
