Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Carla and I am so happy you took the time to check out my page! My experience with pets go as far back as I can remember. Growing up, my family and I fostered dogs and we personally had 3. I am currently starting school to become a Veterinary Nurse and hope to specialize in Emergency & Critical Care or Oncology. Ive been working with families for years and although over time I have had to modify services given, I would love to gain your trust and work with you as well! References are available if needed.

This review is long overdue! Carla was great! She picked up and dropped off my dogs, and while they were in her home she sent me picture and texts.
Carla was fantastic! She was so responsive, sent photos of our dog, and was super friendly. She has clearly thought through many aspects of boarding dogs at her home and my dog was happy and safe. I would gladly book another stay with Carla any time!
Carla was great! We’ll be back!
Carla took great care of my boys while we were away for the weekend. When we picked them up it was like they didn’t even miss us because they had such a great time with Carla and her dogs. I highly recommend Carla to anyone looking for a pet sitter!

I like to maintain routine as close to the one the pet is familiar with to minimize stress for them. I have had many families give me structured guidelines just as much as I’ve had families tell me no routine is necessary! Whatever makes you and your fur friend happy, I am more than happy to abide by.
Information Carla R. would like to know about your pet
Anxiety level is important for me to know ahead of time. This affects the way I can best creat a stress free environment for your pet. Being away from home and their human is stressful enough, sometimes a walk could do more harm then good depending on the environment they’re used to. Based on service, it is important for me to know any medical necessities they may have as well.
A typical day
I love to go hiking at parks close to home so that driving distance is minimal. This tends to be less stressful for our fur friends. Activities are definitely seasonal based but if it’s Pet friendly we may be doing that! (Of course with parent permission)

I currently work at a Veterinary Speciality Hospital at the beginning of the week and am able to bring pets to work with me. However, I try to prioritize Rover outside of my normal schedule.
