Ms Carla was so sweet and she accepted Daisy's booking late at night (9:45). Everything in that aspect was smooth and effortless. The unfortunate came when my husband and I picked up Daisy Mae. She left bleeding, not horribly but bleeding is never a welcome sight. Thankfully it was minor, apparently from Daisy getting under Ms Carla's dresser. That typically happens when Daisy is trying to hide or get away. Daisy's bowls, kennel, and luggage had all been marked or peed on by other dogs. It all needed cleaning; her bed inside her luggage bag (hardtop on wheels style) was even soiled and needed laundering. When we got her home, she ran into her bed and was hesitant to come out for most of the afternoon/evening. Ms Carla didn't report anything negative happening; all I have is Daisy's behavior. But I know my 9 yr old dachshund that I've had since she was 8 weeks old like a mom knows her child. I greatly appreciate Ms Carla taking Daisy's booking so late and keeping her. But I can't help but wonder how it all really went.

Carla has a really good vibe. Our dog had a good time playing with the other dogs for a week. Easy drop off and pick up. We will use again when we are travelling south.
