**For walks during COVID, I am happy to furnish my own lead and wipe down doorknobs and leash clips / bag holders on the way out, for your safety and mine** I am an adventurous, outdoorsy person who loves nature and adores animals of all kinds. I have lots of experience with both small and large breed dogs and not intimidated handling larger / stronger dogs that like to pull on the lead. I pup sat through Rover when I lived in Atlanta and now that I work from home in DC, I truly miss the rotating cast of dog characters that came through our home. They're a great excuse to leave my desk in the middle of the day and go for a walk or run together! Currently, I don't own a dog, and I take only one owner's dog(s) at a time (whether you own 1, 2, or 3 dogs) - that way you don't have to worry about "personality clashes" with other unknown dogs, I can cater their exercise and routine to their normal schedule and preferences, and I can give my full attention to your pet! My dog philosophy is based on an adequate amount of exercise and stimulation, maintaining their routine, and loads of praise and love. Personally, I am an extremely responsible and conscientious person who will treat your dog as though he or she were my own, giving loads of attention and love and will try to make up for your absence. From previous emotional dogs that I've owned, I know how important this is so that the dog doesn't pine for its owner, and you can rest easy knowing that your dog is happy while you're away. **Just FYI...I respond to 100% of requests and send photo updates to 100% of bookings. Some pup parents prefer to be updated through personal text, whatsapp, etc., which is not captured in the Rover metrics. Rest assured, I will always keep you informed and in touch with your pet on a daily basis!!** **Rates indicated are for a 24 hour period.
