When we are out I keep dogs on leash unless owners clarify when and where they may play off leash safely. I check to see if doors are closed and locked, if trash and things like cleaning supplies, etc... are taken out or placed where they aren’t accessible, that water is filled... if any dogs I am caring for/around during walks are leash aggressive I cross to the other end of the street or shorten the leash and bring the dog behind a parked car until the other dog(s) and their owner pass. Otherwise, I always ask if their babies are friendly before allowing them to say hi. We really look forward to setting up meet and greets to show you for yourselves and love on your babies whenever you are away.
