I have cared for and owned a wide variety of dogs; giant to tiny, newborn to end of life. Taking care of your loved ones is a big responsibility that I do not take lightly. My number one priority is your dog’s well-being. I am very patient and compassionate. I will make sure that your pet family is treated with love and respect, just like they are part of my family. I am not your average pet caregiver! :) I go above and beyond! For example, when taking care of your dogs, training is inevitable. ;) I’ll teach them to walk properly (loose leash walking, not go under your feet/trip you, etc), sit and wait before going outside, sit/wait for their food, etc. I love to keep dogs mentally and physically engaged. When pet sitting/boarding, I will take your dog(s) on many walks and with your permission on hikes and other outings. There will be unlimited play and lots of love and attention! I specialize in dogs that have separation anxiety and/or are timid. I do not have any pets of my own and I only board 1 dog/family at a time. My home, inside and outside, is open for your pet family to run around and to play. I have a large, fenced in, backyard and a covered patio, that they can make it their own! No one should ever sacrifice safety and a piece of mind to be able to afford giving their pet family what is best. I will always work with you, especially, if it is recurring! :) For example, I was boarding a German Shepherd/Pit mix that had terrible separation anxiety (needed 24/7 care). For 3 years, I just cared for him during the day for $45. Then for 2 years, he needed all day and all night care for $65. I treated him like he was my own. With the owner’s permission, we went on many fun adventures! We went hiking, to the beach, different parks, car shows, pet stores, etc.! Whatever that made Astaire happy, we did! I even worked on helping him with his anxiety and he was improving greatly! If he didn’t get sick and pass away from cancer, I would have been out of a job! ;) All adventures, training, anxiety help, etc. were no extra charge. A dog’s happiness is all I care about! I, also, love to take care of other animals other than dogs. I am experienced in taking care of cats, birds (all sizes and tameness), small animals, and reptiles! While visiting or sitting at your house, I will bring in the mail and newspaper, water plants, turning on and off the lights, and anything else that you would like to be done, on top of keeping your pet family happy and safe! :) Grooming Services Available. Bath, Brush, Trim nails, Clean ears, etc. Pet Taxi Services. Will pick up, stay with and drop back off. I have a very reliable and always available vehicle. If you live close by and want to board, day/overnights/etc., I will be happy to pick up and drop off for free! I am very experienced at administering medication to any breeds of dogs, especially if they do not like taking meds. I am very patient and I make sure that they do get their meds with as little stress as possible. Their safety and well-being is top priority.
