I work at a local animal shelter and worked at the cat cafe before Covid. I have a strong passion for animals and understand how it feels to miss them when you are away from them. I have 3 wonderful cats of my own and a hamster. At the shelter I work with a variety of animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, etc. I have experience administering medicine, fostering cats/kittens, and trimming cat nails. I have a certificate in Fear Free training and have applied it not only at the shelter but with new animals I meet. I have experience walking dogs at the shelter and dog sitting for friends and family. It's true what they say: if you love your job you'll never work a day in your life and that's exactly how I feel working with animals.
