We are an East Sac family. My husband doesn’t want another dog, so we just borrow them from others. We have one 25-lb. female sharpei/ dachshund mix (you have to see her to believe her!) and two children. Our pup Willa is friendly with all dogs, but prefers someone about her size. Some of her favorite friends are chihuahuas! Someone is usually home, but for times when we are not, we have a medium-sized doggie door with direct access to a large, fenced back yard. The kids love helping to feed, walk, play with and especially snuggle our furry visitors. Bonus points for any dog who likes to sleep on or in a kid bed! We will be happy to send you daily texts or emails with updates and photos. We can host 2 dogs from the same household as long as they get along well with others and won't gang up on our Willa, who is very submissive.
