Caren was awesome. She provided continous updates and sent us pictures of our dogs while we were gone 4 days. She came to the house and gave us peace of mind. She walked our dogs too. We came home to calm dogs and know they trusted her. We had them at a kennel last time and our dogs were anxious and not themselves. Next time we have to leave town, we will be using her services. Thank you Caren!!

Caren was absolutely wonderful!! We were approaching the due date for our first baby and we thought we had some time before we made arrangements for our dog...but when the baby came early, we had a small panic attack since we hadn't determined what we would do with our *true* first baby, our little dog Penny. We hopped on Rover and booked a same day visit with Caren and she was so kind as she accommodated our wild schedule. The follow up of photos and updates Caren sent showing that Penny was safe and happy brought so much joy to us as we stayed at the hospital for a few nights.
